Do the Demons Know Your Name?

Demonic influence was such a problem in Paul’s day that charlatans and fakes made a living posing as itinerant exorcists. The seven sons of Sceva heard something they thought they could use; the name of Jesus. They didn’t know Jesus they only heard that Paul was preaching him and that people were being delivered from demonic oppression and possession.
What they didn’t know is that the name of Jesus is not something to be used; it’s a lifestyle. It ought to be the objective every born-again believer to be on a first name basis with the demons. Do the demons know your name or could
it be that you’ve never come to their attention?
